Orders & support

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

We begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed, so cancellations or changes aren't always possible. If you need to make a change, please email us at info@ljtphoto.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

Please note: Custom, commissioned, and digital orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed.

Are your artworks original?

Yes. Each piece is an original work by LJT, created through on-location photography or digitally rendered art. Every image reflects a personal experience and perspective—nothing is stock or AI-generated.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to follow your order's journey right to your doorstep.

Do you accept commissions or custom requests?

Absolutely. If you have a specific location, vibe, or color palette in mind, reach out—we’d love to create something meaningful just for you.

Do I need to pay for shipping a return?

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions—return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping & returns

Can I return or exchange custom or digital orders?

Custom artwork, commissioned pieces, and digital downloads are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Each piece is made just for you, so we’re unable to resell or reissue those items.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing takes 3–5 business days. After that:

  • Domestic - typically arrive within 5–10 business days
  • International - may take 10–21 business days depending on your location and customs

We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ljtphoto.com with photos and videos of the product and packaging.

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable. We want your art to arrive just as beautifully as it left the studio.

Will my print look exactly like the image online?

We do our best to ensure accurate color representation, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and device differences and resolution.

Each print is professionally produced from the original file to highlight the details and tone of the original artwork.
